As the Chief Executive Officer of Hope for Community Development, Francess leads the organization in alignment with its mission and vision. She adheres to the strategic plan and collaborates with the board of directors, staff, stakeholders, and partners to secure essential support, effectively manage resources, and promote the initiatives and outcomes of Hope for Community Development.

Francess holds a BA Honours in Human Rights and Equity Studies. She is experienced in non-profit management, international development, web design, information technology, fundraising, developmental disabilities support, financial management, and community services. She focuses on helping children, youths, women, and seniors while contributing to poverty alleviation efforts.
Francess manages projects in Canada and Africa, providing innovative solutions and impactful services in diverse communities. In 2022, Francess was recognized as one of the 20 Ontario Changemakers, celebrating visionary leaders who drive positive change. This honor highlights Francess's dedication to fostering development and progress in Canadian and African communities.

As Administrator, Ophelia oversees all functions at Hope for Community Development. She ensures efficient operations and promotes teamwork across departments, leveraging her extensive experience in community development and management.
Ophelia holds certificates in Community Development and Design and Fashion Studies, both of which inform her approach to systems transformation and anti-oppressive organizing. Her educational background has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of community development while advocating for equitable practices and inclusive policies.
Beyond her professional expertise, Ophelia is passionate about arts, design, fashion, people, and culture. These multifaceted interests enrich her work at Hope for Community Development, as they bring a unique perspective to her approach to community service. Her dedication to these fields is evident in her enthusiastic involvement in various projects and her commitment to leveraging her skills for the betterment of the community.

Ralph Dagoseh - Chief Financial Officer
With extensive experience in finance management and community service, Ralph leads the Finance Department at Hope for Community Development, overseeing financial planning, compliance, and fundraising. With over fifteen years of experience in the non-profit sector, he excels in budget management, social work, and donor relations. Ralph collaborates with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to secure funding for the organization’s projects.
Ralph holds a diploma in Addictions and Community Service, International Development and certification in Non-Profit Management. His passion for community service drives him to streamline financial processes and mentor staff. Ralph actively supports marginalized communities through educational programs and employment access. He serves on the board of Igniting Hope and directs Next Gen Photography, demonstrating his commitment to mentoring the next generation of creative talent, emphasizing the importance of storytelling through visual media and showcasing his commitment to uplifting diverse communities.
Furthermore, Ralph actively organizes support for those affected by hardship in Liberia, specifically persons with disabilities, showcasing his deep compassion for his homeland and dedication to making a meaningful impact both locally and internationally.
